Up and down, up and down

I’m surfing on the waves

我的生命是风浪，

虽然我害怕遇见。

当风浪迎面遭遇之时,,

我必邀我主与我同行,

祂斥责风浪统管万有,

谁能与祂一比高低。

当风浪追逐的时候,

他们是调皮的孩子,

其中的喜怒哀乐似乎没有定向；

当风浪平和的时候,

又感觉是一种成年人的稳健,

其实他将暗流隐藏心底,

汹涌没有停止。

I’m surfing on the waves

在变化中见不变,

在不变中见变化;

我不是风浪的主人,

我也不是风浪的奴仆;

我也许试着去冲浪

但一定要天父带着我去玩。

我驮在阿爸的背上,

跟海龟哥一起比赛;

在浪峰的时候,

我们翱翔于海天之间;

那咯咯的欢笑也逗乐了天父的性情;;

在波谷的间隙,

我要阿爸等等,

因我知道海龟哥在休息,

我要与他一起享受那份安宁。
